Emily Anhalt, PsyD, spent two years interviewing adults with ADHD who've achieved financial, occupational, and emotional good fortune with out the usage of medicine. Out of this research, Anhalt developed a three-layered technique to fostering a healthy relationship with your ADHD, and leveraging it as a positive power in your life.
